Compliance demo

Overview

This is what a company would see managing its own documents and sharing them. This would be a logged in user (not added logins yet). So far most of vault functionality is done. Create people and securely store documents. No sharing yet. Responsive behaviour (small screens) not done well yet. Lots of visual bugs.

Key people

Add and manage directors and UBOs. Add / edit / delete person works. Need to add functionality to add a document from this screen. Export does nothing - do we need it?

Document library

Central repository for documents. Split into company docs and those relating to key people. Functionality to add, replace, delete, edit docs all works. Visuals to create share links etc but doesn't actually do anything. Preview works for pdf and some doc types. Activity is dummy data. Sharing links are dummy data. Notifications and auto update do nothing. Want to make the shared with table a bit prettier

Vaults

Collaboration spaces where groups of documents can be shared. Effectively data rooms. Previewer does nothing. Adding and removing docs works. Can create and delete vaults. Q&A not done at all yet - just an AI placeholder. Activity not done yet. No sharing capability yet. Need to add ability to add a document in the vault screen itself.

Analytics

See viewers etc. Nothing here yet.

Settings

Customise the theme with colours & a logo. Feel free to change it but it will change for everyone. Current colours are #2b3d4f and #4f5453. Remove a logo and the Lanyard one will come back. Will need to add user management here
